John 17:17 KJV Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.
John 17:18 KJV As thou hast sent me into the world, even so have I also sent them into the world.
Jesus SENT APOSTLES into the world.
- HIS WORD is truth.

- So whom the BIBLE says is sent of God is true sent of God men.

John 17:19 KJV And for their sakes I sanctify myself, that they also might be sanctified through the truth.
I am giving them the truth and sending them into the world with it.
John 17:20 KJV Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word;
Jesus prayed for everyone to be saved by believing on the words of the apostles whom he sent into the world with the truth.
- BUILD ON WHAT THEY SAID and you build on foundation of JESUS!
- You stumble at that, then stumble at cornerstone and at Jesus!
- SEE HOW THAT COMES TOGETHER?
If you are willing to believe in Jesus according to gospel Jesus preached, then you can know that JESUS PRAYED FOR YOUR SALVATION ALREADY!
Notice who “US” refers to.
(2 Peter 3:2 KJV That ye may be mindful of the words which were spoken before by the holy prophets, and of the commandment of us the apostles of the Lord and Saviour:)
So, when we read Gal.1 and hear the reference to “WE”, you know it is the apostles.
CHURCH AT GALATIA:
Galatians 1:6-12 KJV I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel:
Already some come to take them away from truth.
(7) Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ.
Not a different gospel BUT A PERVERTED GOSPEL.
(8) But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.
This is GOSPEL taught 2000 years ago!
- THE APOSTLES’.
- I HAVE TO ALIGN MYSELF TO THESE WORDS!
- Many have noticed this and CHANGED!
(9) As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.
BOLD STATEMENT.
- ONE SENT BY GOD!
- How tell a false prophet?
- PAUL SAID HERE!
- Not preaching what APOSTLES PREACHED.
- No matter how kind a minister may be, we have to line his words up with the Bible.
(10) For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ. (11) But I certify you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached of me is not after man. (12) For I neither received it of man, neither was I taught it, but by the revelation of Jesus Christ.
PAUL WAS STRUCK DOWN ON ROAD TO Damascus, and went to desert and was taught of God, three year period.
- He found he preached exact same thing apostles preached.
- THEY ALL HAD ONE MESSAGE that never changed.
1 Peter 4:17-18 KJV For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God? (THE ANSWER FOR THIS IS IN 2 THESSALONIANS 1) (18) And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear?
This judgment BEGAN WITH APOSTLES.
- This bible is so anointed that Peter asked question Paul answered in another letter.
- God ordained it that way.
So what is end of them that obey not gospel?
- Peter actually answered it by implication.
- NONE BE Saved WHO DO NOT OBEY.
2 Thessalonians 1:7-8 KJV (7) And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels, (8) In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:
NOT KNOWING GOD is NOT OBEYING GOSPEL.
- When born again according to GOSPEL YOU KNOW HIM!
- Recall “I NEVER KNEW YOU.”
2 Thessalonians 1:9-10 KJV (9) Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power; (10) When he shall come to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired in all them that believe (because our testimony among you was believed) in that day.
Notice whose preaching is believed in parentheses?
- Apostles’ gospel.
We will be judged according to what apostles preached.
